Standalone collections require users to be manually added or through an invitation/enrolment link that only CLAS ISS administrators can provide upon request.
- Click Manage from the left hand menu.
- Click New Course.
- Select the Season of when this course will be offered (e.g. Winter, Summer)
- Select Standalone Collection
- Fill out the course information
- Course Name (cannot contain white spaces or apostrophes, use dashes or underscores only).
- Include Instructor(s) and TA(s) CWLs that require access to this course.
- Click Create Course.
NOTES:
- Additional users (Instructors, TAs, Students) can be added after the course is created. See instructions here.
